the officers conducting the elections in Dinwiddie county to submit
the question of continuing or repealing the fence laws to the voters
of the voting districts of Dinwiddie county, approved March 29,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the fourth
section of an act approved the twenty-ninth of March, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-seven, entitled an act requiring the
officers ‘conducting elections in Dinwiddie county to submit
the question of continuing or repealing the fence laws to the
voters of the voting districts of Dinwiddie county, be and
the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
