Chap. 251.—An ACT to fix the time for holding the terms of the cir-
cuit court of Campbell county.

Approved March 14, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit court of Campbell county shall hereafter hold two
regular terms in each year; the spring term to commence on
the first day of May, and the fall term to commence on the
first day of November.

2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act, are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
