Chap. 249.—An ACT to fix the times of holding circuit courts in the
fourteenth judicial circuit.

Approved March 14, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts of the fourteenth judicial circuit shall
hereafter hold their terms at the times and places hereinafter
specified, to-wit: county of Craig, twelfth of June, fifteenth
October; county of Roanoke, first April, first October;
county of Botetourt, fifteenth April, twenty-second October;
county of Floyd, third of May, twenty-second of August,
twenty-second November; county of Montgomery, tenth
May, first December; county of Giles, second June, seventh
November.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions
of this act are hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
