Chap. 232.—An ACT to exempt the county of Northumberland from
the provisions of chapter 111, of the Code of 1873, in relation to
processioning lands. .

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the county of Northumberland be and the same is hereby
exempted from the provisions of chapter one hundred and
eleven, of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three,
and all acts amendatory thereof, in relation to processioning
of lands.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
