Chap. 231.—An ACT to provide for the election of three commission-
ers of the revenue for the county of Loudoun.
Approved March 12, 1878,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
at the general election to be held in the county of Loudoun,
on the fourth Thursday in May, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-nine, and every four years thereafter, there shall be
elected by the qualified voters of said county, three commis-
sioners of revenue for said county, instead of six, as now
provided by law. The districts shall be laid off by the board
of supervisors of said county.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are
hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from and after the fourth
Thursday in May, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine.
