Chap. 228.—An ACT to repeal the fence law in a portion of Byrd
magisterial district in the county of Goochland.

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by thd®general assembly, That all acts or
orders creating a fence law in the county of Goochland be
and the same is hereby repealed, so far as it applies to that
portion of Byrd magisterial district embraced in the follow-
ing boundaries: Beginning at Byrd chapel road, at its inter-
section with the boundary line between the counties of
Goochland and Fluvanna, and following said road to S. W.
Collins’ land; thence with the said Collins’ western line to
G. W. Fisher’s land; thence with the western boundary of
the said Fisher’s land to the White Hall road; thence with
the White Hall road to the boundary line between the said
counties of Goochland and Fiuvanna.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
