Chap. 21.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of John A.
Henley and Sydney Smith of Williamsburg.

Approved January 14, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the disabilities of Sydney Smith and J. A. Henley, of the
city of Williamsburg, incurred under the third clause of sec-
tion first of article third of the constitution, be, and the same
are hereby removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
