Chap. 206.—An ACT to authorize Grace Memorial Church, of Lynch-
burg, to borrow money and execute one or more deeds of trust.
Approved March 12, 1878.
1. Bo it enacted by the general assembly, That the trus-
tees of Grace memorial church, in tho city of Lynchburg,
be and they are hereby authorized to execute one or more
deeds of trust upon the church property built and used for
a rectory, fronting on Fifteenth street, and adjoining the
lands of William T. Yancey, in the city of Lynchburg, for
the purpose of securing a sum of money mot to exceed
twenty-five hundred dollars, for the purchase money of the
said lot, and the expense of erecting the rectory which has
been built thereon; and the said trustees are authorized, in
securing said sum of money, to pay a rate of interest not
exceeding eight per centum per annum.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
