Chap. 204.—An ACT allowing further time to R. W. Adams, treasurer
of the City of Fredericksburg, to make his return of delinquents and
insolvents for 1876.

Whereas, R. W. Adams, treasurer of the city of Freder-
icksburg, failed to make his return to the auditor of public
accounts of bis delinquent and insolvent lists for the year
eighteen hundred and seventy-six within the timo prescribed ;
therefore,

1. Bo it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the said treasurer shall be and is hereby allowed until the
first day of April, eighteen bundred and seventy-eight, to
make return of his delinquent and insolvent lists for tho year
eighteen hundred and seventy-six; and if made out and cer-
tified according to law by that time, the auditor of public
accounts is hereby authorized to allow the proper credit
therefor in the final settlement of the accounts of said treas-
urer.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
