Chap. 203.—An ACT for the relief of William Beans, of the county
of Loudoun.
Approved March 12, 1878.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and he is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue his warrant on the treasury, pay-
able out of any money not otherwise appropriated, in favor
of William Beans, for the sum of eleven dollars, on account
of land tax improperly and erroneously assessed against said
Beans upon ten acres of land for the years eighteen hundred
and seventy-three and eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
and paid by him in lawful money. |
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
