Chap. 202.—An ACT for the relief of J. H. Godsey from the payment
of a fine.

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
John H. Godsey be and he is bereby released from the pay-
ment of a fine imposed by the county court of Amherst
county, upon conviction for unlawfully cutting James D.
Gilliam. .

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
