Chap. 2,—An ACT to amend and re-enact the first section of an act
approved February tenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, prescrib-
ing the times of holding courts in the twelfth and eighteenth judicial
circuits.
. Approved December 13, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
approved February tenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
entitled an act to prescribe times for holding terms of circuit
courts in the twelfth and eighteenth judicial circuits, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the cir-
cuit courts of the twelfth and eighteen judicial circuits, shall
hold their terms as hereinafter specified, to-wit:
In the twelfth circuit.
In the county of Clark—February eighth, May twentieth,
and November fifth.
_ In the county of Warren—February twenty-second, May
tenth, and October fiftenth.
In the county of Frederick—March fourth, June fiftb, and
November fifteenth.
In the eighteenth judicial circuit.
In the county of Shenandoah—December fifth, April first,
and August eighteenth.
_ Inthe county of Page—April twentieth, and September
tenth.
In the county of Rockingham—January twentieth, May
twenty-fifth, and October twentieth.
2. This act shall be in force from and after the first day of
January, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, and all acts
and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby re-
pealed.
