Chap. 199.—An ACT authorizing and directing William E. Boisseau,
sergeant of the town of Danville, to refuna to E. M. Pace and others
the amount paid by them on a fieri facias.
Approved March 132, 1878.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
William E. Boisseau, sergeant of the town of Danville, is
hereby authorized and directed to refund to E. M. Pace,
Thomas McCully, T. J. Corbin, and M. Hart the sum of one
hundred dollars, being the amount paid by them jointly on
the eighteenth of October, eighteen hundred and seventy-
six, upon a fieri facias sued out of the clerk’s office of the
corporation court of the town of Danville, on the fourteenth
day of October, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, upon a
judgment rendered in said court at the October term thereof,
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, for the sum of one hun-
dred dollars and the costs.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
