Chap. 198.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Methodist Epis-
copal church, South, in Madison county, Virginia, to sell certain’
property and reinvest procecds of sale.

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the parsonage for Madison circuit, Methodist ‘
Episcopal church, South, in Madison county, Virginia, be
hereby authorized and empowered to make sale of the said
parsonage and lot belonging thereto, and to apply the pro-
ceeds of sale to the purchase of other property.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
