Chap. 196.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Methodist Church
at Mount Solon, in Augusta county, Virginia, to sell certain property
and reinvest proceeds of sule.

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Methodist church property at Mount
Solon, in the county of Augusta, be hereby authorized and
empowered to make sale of a portion of said property, and
to apply the proceeds of sale to the purchase of other prop-
erty.

. 2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
