Chap. 195.—An ACT to authorize the county court of Montgomery to
prevent the sale of malt and spirituous liquors at or near Blacks-
urg.
Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Beit enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That
the county court of Montgomery may refuse a certificate for
obtaining any license to sell malt or spirituous liquors, with-
in three miles of the town of Blacksburg, in said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
