Chap. 191.—An ACT for the relief of John O'Keefe.
Approved March 12, 1878.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts is authorized to issue his war-
rant on the treasury in favor of John O’Keefe, of the city of
Richmond, for the sum of thirty dollars, payable out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, that bein
the amount of a fine imposed upon the said John O’Keofe by
mistake.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage. .
