Chap. 189.—An ACT to authorize the Liberty Baptist Church to bor-
row money and sell property.

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trustees
of Liberty Baptist church, Bedford county, Virginia, be and
they are hereby authorized to sell the house and lot held iu
trust by them, and now used as a parsonage, if they deem it
desirable, or they may borrow a sum of money, not exceed-
ing fifteen hundred dollars, to improve the said property, or
buy other property for the use of said church, and secure
the same by a deed of trust on the house and lot at present
held and occupied as a parsonage for the use of the said
Liberty Baptist church.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
