Chap. 174.—An ACT to relieve Theresa M. Bacigalupo from the pay-
ment of a fine.

Approved March 7, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly, That Theresa
M. Bacigalupo be and she is hereby released from the pay-
ment of a fine of fifty dollars, assessed against her by the
hustings court of the city of Richmond, at its November
term, cighteen hundred and seventy-seven, for keeping a
confectionery and fruit stand without license.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
