Chap. 173.—An ACT for the relief of John B. Pitzer, treasurer of
Alleghany county.

Approved March 7, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be directed to allow John B.
Pitzer, treasurer of Alleghany county, credit upon his ac-
count for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-six for the
sum of two hundred and sixty-five dollars and thirty-nine
cents, being five per centum charged against said treasurer
on the books of the auditor of public accounts, on that por-
tion of the taxes collected in the month of December in said
