Chap. 169.—An ACT for the relief of Marcy W. Green from a fine.
Approved March 7, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Marcy W.
Green be and he is hereby released from the payment of the
fine imposed by the county court of Brunswick, at the Au-
gust term thereof, for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-
81x, upon conviction for assault and battery.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
