Chap. 163.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, South, at Patrick Courthouse, Virginia, to borrow
money and give deed of trust.

Approved March 7, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal church, South, at
Patrick courthouse, Virginia, be and they are hereby author-
ized to borrow money, to pay off the present indebtedness of
said church, and sufficient to complete the church building,
and secure the same by deed of trust upon the property of
the said church.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
