Chap. 16.—An ACT declaring the Virginia bank of Potomac river in
Loudoun county a lawful fence.

Approved January 14, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Vir-
ginia bank of the Potomac river commencing at the Jeffer-
son county line and running thence down the said river to
the Fairfax county line, be, and the same is hereby declared
a lawful fence for the county of Loudoun.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
