Chap. 134.—An ACT for the protection of crops in the county of
Augusta.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Augusta county be authorized to
declare and establish any stream of water, or any part
thereof within the limits and jurisdiction of said county, a
lawful fence as to any of the stock named in the eighth sec-
tion of chapter ninety-seven, Code of cighteen hundred and
seventy-three, said establishment repealable at the discretion
of the said board of supervisors,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
