Chap. 132.—An ACT for the protection of crops in Rockbridge county.
Approved March 4, 1878.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
so much of the James river and the James river and Kanawha
canal, lying in the county of Rockbridge, and extending from
the line of Amberst county, near Balcony falls, to the Bote-
tourt county line, be established and declared a lawful fence
as to any of the stock named in the eighth section of chapter
ninety-seven, of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-
three. |
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
