Chap. 130.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of Methodist Episcopal
parsonage, Smithfield, Isle of Wight county, to borrow money.

Approved March 4, 1878,

1. Be it enacted by tbe general assembly of Virginia, That
the surviving trustecs of the Methodist Episcopal parsonage
at Smithfield, Isle of Wight county, be and they are hereby
authorized to borrow money, at a rate of interest not exceed-
ing eight per centum per annum, to complete said parsonage
building, and give a deed of trust on its property to secure
the payment of the same. ®

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
