Chap. 129.—An ACT excepting the tributaries of the Potomac within
the county of Westmoreland from the provisions of the act in refer-
ence to unlawful fishing.

Approved March 4, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the provisions of section six of chapter one hundred of the
Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, as amended by
an actapproved April fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
seven, and as further amended and re-enacted by an act ap-
proved February twentieth, cighteen bundred and seventy-
eight, shall not apply to any of the tributaries of the Potomac
within the county of Westmoreland.

2. All acts and parts of ucts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
