Chap. 85.—An ACT to authorize the county court of Clarke to establish
a toll-gate on the Ashby’s Gap turnpike.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the county court of Clarke is hereby authorized to establish
a toll-gate on the Ashby’s Gap turnpike, in said county, the
proceeds of which shall be applied to keeping the road in
proper order.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
