Chap. 81.—An ACT to refund a fine imposed upon John Bragg by the
county court of Fluvanna county.

Approved February 13, 1877.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to issue his warrant in favor of John Bragg, for the
sum of twenty-five dollars, payable out of any money in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated, that being the amount
of a fine imposed upon him by the county court of Fluvanna
county, at the December term, eighteen hundred and seventy
five.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
