Chap. 66.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2 of an act entitled
an act to authorize the board of directors of the Western Lunatic
asylum to sell certain lots of land belonging to said asylum, approved
March 29th, 1875.

Approved February 6, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section two
of an act approved March twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred
and seventy-five, entitled an act to authorize the board of
directors of the Western lunatic asylum to sell certain lots of
land belonging to said asylum be amended anc re-enacted so
as to read as tollows:

§ 2. That the board of directors shall convey said property
‘by proper deeds to the purchasers thereof, and use and ap-
propriate the money arising from said salos for the purpose
of enlarging said asylum.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
