Chap. 58.—An ACT to amend an act declaring Clinch river a lawful
fence, approved January 18th, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That chapter
twenty-two, Acts of Assembly of eighteen hundred and seven-
ty-one and two, entitled an act toamend and re-enact chapter
one hundred and eighty-six of the Acts of Assembly of eighteen
hundred and seventy-one, an act to make Clinch river a law-
ful fence, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Clinch river shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to
bea lawful fence from the mouth of Guest’s river, in the
county of Scott, to the point where said river crosses the line
between the state of Virginia and the state of Tennessee.
2, This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
