1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Third Presbyterian church of the city of
Richmond be, and they are hereby, authorized to borrow
money, and to secure the same by a deed of trust upon the
church property. OS

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
