Chap. 41.—JOINT RESOLUTION directing the auditor of public
accounts to send a copy of his annual report to each of the circuit,
county and corporation judges of the state.

Approved January 26, 1877.

Resolved (the House of Delegates concurring), That the
auditor of public accounts be requested to forward a copy of
his annual report to the circuit, county and corporation
judges of the commonwealth, calling their attention to the
statement therein in reference to criminal charges, and with
a request that they will use their utmost diligence to curtail
the same in their respective courts.
