Chap. 351.—An ACT to provide for paying to Wilson Mealy, of Flu-
vanna, part of a fine imposed by the county court of said county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of pablic accounts be and he is hereby authorized and direc-
ted to issue his warrant upon the treasurer, payable out of
any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, in
favor of Wilson Mealy, of the county of Fluvanna, for the
sum of twenty-five dollars, that being part of a fine of fifty
dollars imposed by the county court of Fluvanna on Squire
Watson, in a prosecution for carrying concealed weapons, to
which said part the said Wilson Mealy, being the informer in
the prosecution, was by law entitled, if the said fine has been
paid into the treasury; or if said fine has not been paid into
the treasury, then the county treasurer, in whose hands it
may be, shall refund to the said Wilson Mealy the said sum
of twenty-five dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
