Chap. 313.—An ACT to authorize the directors of the Baldwin Au-
gusta county fair to borrow money.

Approved April 2, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the direc-
tors of the Baldwin Augusta county fair, Augusta county,
Virginia, be and they are hereby authorized to borrow, from
time to time, a sum or sums of money, not to exceed in the
aggregate the sum of five thousand dollars, and at a rate of
interest not to exceed eight per centum per annum; that for
the said sum or sums of money, the said directors are hereby
authorized to issue bonds, and secure the same by trust or
otherwise upon the property, real and personal, belonging to
said incorporation.

2. This act sball be in force from its passage.
