Chap. 298.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of Valosko
Vaiden, and others, of New Kent county, under the third clause of
section first of article third of the constitution.

Approved April 2, 1877.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the disabilities of Valosko Vaiden, John B. Vaiden, Robert
A. Farinholt, Jr., and George Richardson, of ‘New Kent
county, incurred under the third clause of section firet of
article third of the constitution, be and the same are hereby
removed. ,

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
