Chap. 281.—An ACT for the relief of Richard Muire, of Gloucester
county.

Approved April 2, 1877

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Richard
Muire be, and he is hereby released from the payment of a
judgment obtained against him in the county coutt of Glou-
cester county, for three hundred dollars, the amount of a for-
feited recognizance; and the clerk of the said court, or the
auditor of public accounts, if the same has been paid into
the treasury, is hereby authorized and directed to re-pay to
the said Mnire the said amount of three hundred dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
