Chap. 28.—An ACT for the relief of J. Thompson Brown.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be, and is hereby, ‘authorized
and required to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable
out of any moncy therein, not otherwise appropriated, in
fuvor of J. Thompson Brown, for the sum of one hundred
and two dollars and fifty cents, being the amount of tax for
the year eighteen hundred and soventy- five which were
erroneously assessed against said J. Thompson Brown, and
was paid by him into the treasury of the commonwealth of
Virginia.
2. This act shall be in force from ifs passage.
