Chap. 278.—An ACT in relation to the judgment lien docket of the
county clerk's office of the county of Albemarle.
Approved April 2, 1877.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the judge of the county court of Albemarle county be au-
thorized to order, in term or vacation, and to superintend the
removal of the judgment lien docket from the county clerk’s
office of said county, and to forward the same, by express, to
Randolph and English, of Richmond, Virginia, for the pur-
pose of having it rebound. And the docket so removed shall
continue in full force and effect, and when rebound, shall, in
all respects, be as valid and binding as the original, and shall,
as soon as practicable, be returned to the clerk’s office of said
county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
