Chap. 274.—An ACT for the relief of David C. Hall, of Lee county.
Approved April 2, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That David C.
Hall, of Lee county, be and he is hereby released from the
payment of a fine of thirty dollars, assessed against him by
the county court of Lee county, for selling ardent spirits
without license, the county judge, and attorney for the com-
monwealth for said county, having certified that there was
no real violation of the revenue law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
