Chap. 273.—An ACT to authorize the increase of the salary of the
county judge of Westmoreland and Richmond counties.

Approved April 2, 1877.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly, That the board of
supervisors for the counties of Westmoreland and Richmond,
be and they are hereby authorized at their discretion re-
spectively, to increase the present compensation of the county
judge of these counties, so that such additional increase shall
not exceed the sum of three hundred dollars. The said ad-
ditional.sum sball commence at and from such time as said
board of supervisors may agree upon, and shall be a charge
upon the said counties, and be levied, collected and accounted
for in the manner provided in section ten, chapter one hun-
dred and forty-nine of acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-
five—six.

2. This act shall be in‘force from its passage.
