Chap. 268.—An ACT to determine the control of the courthouse of
Northumberland and Pittsylvania counties.
Approved April 2, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the judges of the circuit and county courts of Northumber-
land and Pittsylvania counties shall have control over the
courthouse of said county during the terms of their respec-
tive courta; at all other times the control of the same shall
be in the board of supervisors of said counties.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed, and this act shall be in force from its pas-
