Chap. 237.—An ACT to provide additional compensation for the sur-
veyors and commissioners charged with the duty of marking the boun-
darv line between the counties of Louisa and Fluvanna, and Louisa
and Albemarle.

Approved March 29, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That in addi-
tion to the compensation provided for the surveyors and com-
missioners, in the act approved January thirteenth, eighteen
hundred and seventy-seven, entitled an act to provide for as-
certaining and marking the boundary line between the coun-
ties of Louisa and Fluvanna, and an act to provide for as-
certaining and marking the boundary line between the coun-
ties of Louisa and Albemarle, the county courts of the said
counties of Louisa and Fluvanna, and of Louisa and Albe-
marle, are hereby authorized and empowered to make such
further compensation to said surveyors and commissioners as
to the said courts may appear just and reasonable, to be paid
out of the treasuries of said counties.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
