Chap. 230.—An ACT to repeal the fence law in Gainesboro’ district, in
Frederick county.

Approved March 29, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the law
passed January twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
six, and known as the fence law, be and the same is héreby
repealed and declared inoperative, so far as it applies to the
district of Gainesboro’, formerly known as Gainesboro’ town-
ship, in Frederick county: provided a majority of the super-
visors of said county, in general or called meeting, consent
thereto.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
