Chap. 226.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Centenary Reform
church, of Winchester, Virginia, to berrow money.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of Centenary Reformed church, of Winchester,
Virginia, be and they are bercby authorized to borrow a sum
of money, not exceeding one thousand dollars, said sum to
be borrowed in such amounts and at such times as they may
deem proper, for the purpose of aiding them in the erection
of a parsonage on the property held by said trustees for said
church. And the said trustees may execute a deed of trust
on said house and on the property on which it is erected to
secure the payment of such sum or sums of money as may
be borrowed under the provisions of this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
