Chap. 210.—An ACT to regulate the docketing of causes in the circuit
court of Richmond city.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
whenever it shall appear to the circuit court of the city of
‘ichmond that two rules bave been taken in a suit or action
at law, pending therein, and the same is matured for trial,
the said court may order such suit or action at law to be
docketed for trial.
2. Every judgment obtained in said court upon causes ma-
tarel for trial under the preceding scction, shall bave the
effect of a lien only from and after the day when the same
becomes final and not from the commencement of the term.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
