Chap. 197.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Christ church, in
the city of Richmond, to borrow monry.

Approved March 21, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trustees
of Christ church congregation, of the city of Richmond, be,
and are hereby authorized to execute one or more deeds of
trust on the church property, situated at the corner of Fed-
eral and Washington streets, in the city of Richmond, fur
the purpose of raising a sum of money not to exceed two
thousand dollars, for the erection of a parsonage. And the
said trustees are hereby authorized, in raising such sum of
money, to pay a rate of interest not exceeding nine per
centum per annum.

Z. This act shall be in force from its passage.
