Chap. 189.—An ACT for the relief of Dallas P. Gordon of Fauquier
. county.

Approved March 20, 1877.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and direc-
ted to issue his warrant in favor of Dallas P. Gordon for the
sum of five hundred and nine dollars and sixty-six cents, pay-
able out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appro-
priated, that being the amount of damages paid by him on a
judgment in favor of the commonwealth.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. _
