Chap. 184.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the 10th section of an act
entitled an act to incorporate the Washington, Cincinnati and &t.
Louis railroad company, approved March 15, 1872.

Approved March 13, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the tenth
section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Washington,
Cincinnati and Saint Louis railroad company, approved March
fifteenth, eighteen bundred and seventy-two, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§10. The work on the road berein authorized to be con-
structed, shall be commenced within two years, and com-
pleted within ten years from the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
