Chap. 170.—An ACT to repeal chapter 85, Acts 1875-76, entitled an
act to extend the corporate limits of the town of West Point, ap-
proved March 22, 1876.

Approved March 20, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter eighty-five, Acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-
five-six, entitled an act to extend the corporate limits of the
town of West Point, approved February twenty-second,
eighteen hundred and seventy- -8ix, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

2. This act shal! be in force from its passage.
